Emphasis on the Materials

The warmth and texture or natural raw wood finishes were offset by the use on cool concrete and stone ware accessories. Sisal rugs, striped grain sack fabrics and locally sourced Irish linen were key to bringing texture and detail. Minimal industrial pendant lights made a statement against the property’s high ceilings. Abstract hand drawn shell motifs gently nod the home’s coastal location.

It all started with a cup of tea..

As in all of our consultations, this project began with a relaxed, informal chat.

We worked through an initial survey and got to understand our client, their likes and dislikes, and most importantly we understood what they wanted to achieve with their styling project.

In the redevelopment of this holiday home, budget was key, but with style very much at its core.
